Role specifics and benefits. As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll administer medications, monitor vital signs, support activities of daily living, and observe changes in residents’ conditions, ensuring timely escalation to RNs and physicians as needed. You’ll participate in the formulation and execution of individualized care plans, perform wound care when necessary, assist with mobility and transfers, manage documentation with accuracy in electronic health records, and promote safety and comfort during every shift.

Your daily responsibilities will also include effective communication with residents and families, charting progress, and upholding both regulatory compliance and quality standards. The arrangement features a consistent weekly pay range of $1,124 to $1,148 and guaranteed hours at 40 per week, with an anticipated start on 03/02/2026.
