Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Inpatient Rehabilitation is a 16 bed CARF Accredited Unit located at HighPoint Medical Center that provides high quality interdisciplinary care to patients requiring post‑acute medical and rehabilitation services on an inpatient basis. This unit involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, therapists and support staff to provide intense rehabilitation services to patients. Patient population includes patients who have experienced a stroke, traumatic and non‑traumatic brain injury, major multiple trauma, amputation or other life changing events.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience

RNs with less than 1 year of RN experience:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skill communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
