Overview
Float Pool LPNs will work full‑time, 8‑week rotations at the following North Carolina Centers:
- Meridian Center (High Point, NC)
- Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC)
- Siler City Center (Siler City, NC)

Responsibilities- Under the direction of an RN, the LPN delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (or required state certification if in an assisted living facility).

Posted Salary Range: USD $36.00 – $44.00 /h.
