We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals serving long-term care residents. As part of Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexible schedules, gain experience at a variety of skilled nursing facilities, and make a difference in the lives of those who need you most.

• Provide hands‑on care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and facility staff.
• Follow HIPAA, resident rights, and infection control protocols.
• Support mobility needs, including transferring and repositioning.
• Promptly respond to call lights and resident requests.

• Active CNA certification in the state of NC.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• One year of CNA experience in the long‑term care setting mandatory.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport residents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Willingness to work different assignments with no questions asked.
