• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where practice will occur
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist after hire if needed
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
