• Provide medical and physical care for senior adult residents.
• Advocate for residents and ensure their needs are met.

Pay rate based on experience: $16–$17.50 per hour.
Shift differentials:
$1.00 for Weekday 2nd & 3rd shifts
$1.50 for Weekend 1st shift
$2.50 for Weekend 2nd & 3rd shifts

• Current CNA certification in NC
• Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress
• High school graduate or GED preferred (not required)
• Prior nursing service or long‑term care experience preferred
• Understanding, patience, and tact when caring for chronically ill residents
• Positive attitude and detail‑oriented documentation skills
• Teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN third shift positions (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) are available. Eligible for benefits and differentials.
