We are hiring for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Second Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm). This position is eligible for benefits and differentials! The CNA provides medical and physical care for the daily needs of Senior Adult residents, functions as the resident's closest advocate in the household, keeps the household clean, cares for personal laundry, and builds relationships while celebrating life.
Pay& Shift Differentials
Pay Rate Scale is based on experience: $16 - $17.50 per hour.
- Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts: $1.00 differential
- Weekend 1st shift: $1.50 differential
- Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts: $2.50 differential

Are you the right candidate? Do you have:
- Current CNA certification in NC
- Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress
- High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required
- Previous nursing service or long-term care experience preferred
- Understanding, patience, and tact in dealing with the chronically ill
- A positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Teamwork and flexibility to adapt easily
