We are seeking a registered nurse (full‑time, days) to join our Transitional Care Unit. As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, you will deliver exceptional patient care and positively impact patient outcomes.

• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for qualified candidates

  Full time, days (7:00 am – 7:30 pm) with weekend rotation

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
• Clinical Specialty certification preferred

• Patient/Family Centered Care:
  Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and families at the center of every decision. Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and well‑being.
• Patient Discharge & Referrals:
  Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning and referrals to hospital and community resources as needed.

$34.90 – $52.35 per hour
