We are seeking an experienced Lonati Style Changer to operate, adjust, and maintain advanced sock knitting machinery within a high-volume textile manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to perform quick, accurate style changes while ensuring top-tier product quality. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on knitting technology experience and a commitment to excellence in production output.

• Operate and maintain advanced Lonati sock knitting machines
  , ensuring consistent performance and high‑quality production.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout knitting and finishing stages to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
• Perform style changes efficiently and return machines to full production free of defects
  .
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, adjustments, findings, production settings, and technical specifications
  .

• Minimum 2 years of experience in knitting technology or sock manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Technical proficiency with Lonati or similar circular knitting machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct machine issues quickly
• Quality‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
