Overview

IMMI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our High Point, NC team. This individual will direct and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and will ensure that spare parts inventories are properly maintained. These responsibilities may be performed personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform functions to maximize site equipment availability and reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
  • Review maintenance trouble call sheets to determine work priorities.
  • Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
  • Confer with workers to resolve grievances.
  • Prepare department budget and monitor expenditure of funds in budget.
  • Develop and establish strategies and methods resulting in enhanced equipment performance and technically support all aspects of operations while ensuring compliance with Regulatory Agency Standards.
  • Plan and implement a Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Production Equipment and the facility.
  • Experience in programming and troubleshooting Motoman XRC and ABB IRC robotic equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC Systems.
Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred) with advanced work in electrical and hydraulics.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with outside resources and all levels of internal resources in both written and oral formats.
  • Requires analytical and math skills.
  • Supervisory and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
