Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial markets is seeking an Assembler to join our team in High Point, NC. In this hands‑on position, you’ll contribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks, supporting re‑manufacturing operations, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets our high standards for safety and quality.

You’ll also help drive continuous improvement by using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and sharing insights that enhance efficiency and service.

• Work week & shift:
  Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Compensation package offered: $17.00 / hour

• Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency, setting the standard for quality and compliance
• Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer service while reducing operational costs
• Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
• Proactively communicate quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
• Support the development of others by assisting in training teammates and sharing knowledge
• Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

• High School diploma or equivalent

• This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs, as well as standing upwards of 10 hours

$17.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
