Overview

Strong Construction organization is seeking a high-capacity President to lead day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for driving predictable performance across operations, project execution, labor productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, and organizational accountability.

Core Responsibilities
Leadership & General Management:
  • Lead daily execution across all functions
  • Establish priorities, cadence, and accountability
Operational Excellence & Project Delivery:
  • Reduce rework, callbacks, and schedule drift
Financial Performance & Controls:
  • Own budget execution and KPIs
  • Improve estimating accuracy and job costing
People & Talent:
  • Lead hiring for PMs, supers, foremen, and admin
  • Strengthen onboarding, training, and performance management
Performance Metrics
  • Client:
    Satisfaction, repeat business, warranty rates
Required Experience
  • 10+ years construction leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage PMs and field leaders
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience implementing systems and accountability
Preferred Experience
  • Prior President / GM / VP of Operations role
  • Scaling a construction business
  • EOS or similar operating systems
  • Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Sage
Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to profitability, cash flow, and operational KPIs.
