Overview
Strong Construction organization is seeking a high-capacity President to lead day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for driving predictable performance across operations, project execution, labor productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, and organizational accountability.
Key Outcomes (12–24 Months)- Operational control and predictability
- Profitability and cash flow improvement
- Strong leadership accountability
- High customer satisfaction
- CEO leverage (owner freed from daily operations)
Leadership & General Management:
- Lead daily execution across all functions
- Establish priorities, cadence, and accountability
- Reduce rework, callbacks, and schedule drift
- Own budget execution and KPIs
- Improve estimating accuracy and job costing
- Lead hiring for PMs, supers, foremen, and admin
- Strengthen onboarding, training, and performance management
- Client:
Satisfaction, repeat business, warranty rates
- 10+ years construction leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage PMs and field leaders
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Experience implementing systems and accountability
- Prior President / GM / VP of Operations role
- Scaling a construction business
- EOS or similar operating systems
- Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Sage
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to profitability, cash flow, and operational KPIs.
