General Cleaner

Location: High Point, NC (Furniture Facility)

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a consistent evening schedule? We are seeking a reliable Janitorial General Cleaner to maintain a high-end furniture facility in High Point. This is a great role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a mix of independent and team-based tasks.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Status: Part-time

You will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains pristine for clients and staff. Specific duties include:

• General Cleaning: Maintaining the overall appearance of the showroom and office spaces.
• Floor Care: Vacuuming (the facility has carpeted areas).
• Surface Care: Dusting and cleaning "lots of glass" surfaces to ensure a streak‑free finish.
• Waste Removal: Pulling trash and recycling.
• Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Collaboration: Following specific instructions from the supervisor and working effectively alongside team members.

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively (trash removal, moving equipment).
• Dependability: A proven track record of being punctual and reliable is a must.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
