Location: Davis Furniture | High Point, NC Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

Davis Furniture is seeking a dependable, leadership-minded Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee our evening cleaning operations. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example and ensures the highest standards of cleanliness are met every shift.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Part-Time)

Setting: Professional furniture manufacturing and showroom facility.

In this role, you will balance hands‑on cleaning with team leadership:

• Team Leadership: Supervise evening staff, coordinate special tasks, and ensure all team members are on track.
• Quality Control: Work closely with the Manager to ensure the facility is cleaned according to the specific scope of work.
• Hands‑on Cleaning: Perform general janitorial duties including pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.
• Accountability: Assist the Manager in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the building is secure at the end of the shift.

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional cleaning experience. Previous supervisory or "lead" experience is highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to give clear directions to employees and provide status updates to management.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are non‑negotiable for this leadership position.
