We are seeking a mature, experienced, and polished professional to join our team as a Janitorial Day Porter in High Point. This isn't just a cleaning role; it is a front-facing position that requires a high level of customer service and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

The ideal candidate understands that they are the face of the facility during business hours and takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment while interacting graciously with staff and visitors.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: High Point, NC

Note on Scheduling: These hours are firm and non-negotiable. We require a candidate who is exceptionally dedicated, reliable, and punctual.

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, and restrooms throughout the day.
• Monitor high-traffic zones to ensure floors and surfaces remain debris-free.
• Respond promptly to immediate cleaning needs or spills.
• Restock paper products and soap dispensers as needed.
• Provide a welcoming presence, delivering service with a smile and assisting visitors with basic directions or inquiries when necessary.

• Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is required.
• Professionalism: A "polished" appearance and demeanor suitable for a professional corporate or public environment.
• Customer Service Mindset: You must be comfortable interacting with the public and maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude at all times.
• Reliability: Since this is a standalone daytime shift, being on time every day is critical to the operation of the facility.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift and perform manual cleaning tasks.
