This position will ensure customers receive accurate orders in a timely manner, monitor orders leaving the company, and ensure all related documents, such as shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders, are accurate.

• Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods
• Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc. and others as required
• Timely returns processing as applicable
• Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment
• Operate material handling equipment, including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification
• Load and/or unload trucks as required
• Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training and PPE
• Must work overtime as required for business needs
• Support all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
• Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills are required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work overtime as the business requires to include holidays and weekends
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
