Position: Evening General Cleaner

Location: Multi-Suite Professional Building – High Point, NC

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM (15 hours per week)
The Role

Are you looking for a steady part-time evening role in a professional environment? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to maintain a multi-suite occupied building in High Point. Because this building is active during your shift, we are looking for someone who balances high-quality cleaning with a professional, friendly presence.

• Office & Suite Cleaning: Dusting, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring work spaces are pristine.
• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas and individual suites.
• Sanitization: Cleaning and restocking restrooms and breakrooms.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Tenant Interaction: Providing a high level of customer service and a positive attitude when encountering building occupants.

• Experience: Previous experience in a commercial janitorial or office setting is required.
• Service Mindset: Excellent customer service skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 5:30 PM start time.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage your time effectively to complete all tasks within the 3-hour shift.
