** Responsibilities:
*** Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the office, employee breakroom, and restrooms
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as painting and cleaning carpets
* Assist in sweeping and removing trash
* Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational
* Maintain a neat and orderly janitors room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked
* Wash windows
* Maintenance and landscaping using tolls such as a weed whacker.
* Perform other related duties as assigned
** Required Skills/Abilities:
*** Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required
* Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
* Detail-oriented and thorough
* Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance and landscaping
* Ability to keep the office clean and orderly
* Ability to interact with other employees and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous
