Experienced in direct-hire construction recruiting? We want you on our team! We’re hiring a Construction Recruiter to support one of the largest accounts in our company. You’ll focus on hiring Superintendents, Project Managers, and Engineers for high-growth construction firms—no temp staffing, just quality, long-term placements.

What You Bring🔹 Proven experience in construction recruiting (direct hire only)
🔹 Strong sourcing + closing skills—especially for PMs, Supers, and Engineers
🔹 Based near High Point, NC
🔹 Self-sufficient and ready to hit the ground running
What You Will Be Doing- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent in the Electrical trades sector, both commercial and industrial.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Mechanical trades, including sourcing and screening of skilled candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to attract the best talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of labor market trends in DC, Virginia, Maryland areas to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
