- Track and document progress as you implement and adjust therapy programs.
- Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.
- Paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, with additional training as you progress through career levels.

- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week.
- No contractual obligation; a great place to work with room to grow.
- A supportive and fun work environment focused on making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
- All applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome; college degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- A passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
- An eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented company culture.
- A deep commitment to showing up every day and supporting learners in their progress.
