$24.85 - $37.30 per hour

• Day Shift – 3 x 12 or 4 x 10 shifts
• No call requirements
• 2 weekend shifts per 8‑week schedule
• 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 8‑week schedule
• 1 major winter holiday & 2 minor holidays per year

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus eligible

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or accredited nursing school
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Certification in Surgical Technology preferred
• 3 years of experience strongly preferred

• Provide quality patient care under RN supervision, anticipating case‑specific needs
• Ensure accurate and timely management of instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Communicate effectively and professionally with the multidisciplinary team, coworkers, and patients
• Take personal responsibility for performance, professional growth, and development
• Support cost containment of instruments and inventory

• Can work effectively under stressful and difficult conditions
• Resilient and flexible in a changing environment
• Knowledge of patient safety systems
• Technology and informatics skills
• Practice innovation mindset

Exposure to infections, hazardous anesthetic agents, body fluids, and chemicals. Requires wearing protective equipment and dealing with emergencies and interruptions. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform fine hand movements.
