Job Details What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction

Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering their growth while delivering excellence

Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting-edge AutoCAD Civil3DBuild and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders

Drive project success through strategic planning, resource optimization, and quality control

PE License in North Carolina Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)5+ years of land development engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects and teams

Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset

Valid North Carolina Driver's License Ideal Qualities:

Passion for mentoring and developing team members

Track record of building strong client relationships

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Experience with Ajera financial management software (preferred)
