Global Process Engineer

Join Our Global Process Engineering team

Are you an experienced process engineer with expertise in injection molding? Technimark is looking for a highly skilled Global Process Engineer to join our team and support our global manufacturing operations. This role will involve both domestic and international travel to our manufacturing facilities to provide technical expertise in mold design, process verification, and process optimization.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects, help shape new manufacturing lines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the globe.

• Support the design and qualification of new molds, ensuring production readiness and optimal performance.
• Travel to tool builders and manufacturing facilities to qualify, debug, and sign off on new molds.
• Establish and optimize process parameters for new global programs using scientific molding principles.
• Collaborate with the Global Operations Team to ensure successful mold qualifications, D.O.E. (Design of Experiments), and MAP documentation.
• Lead process improvements and troubleshooting in manufacturing processes to ensure continuous efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
• Provide training and guidance to Manufacturing Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and effective process implementation.
• Lead RJG training to develop and strengthen the technical capabilities of our global workforce.

• Degree in Plastics Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in injection molding, with a deep understanding of molding principles, tool design, and manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in scientific molding principles, with Master Molder I or II certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams and locations.
• Solid technical background with experience in process optimization, feasibility studies, and technical troubleshooting.
