• Industrialize New ECF Products
  • Design and launch ECF (engineered composite foam) production processes from concept through start of production
  • Develop process flows, layouts, equipment specs, tooling requirements, and launch timelines
  • Lead equipment commissioning and validate production readiness
  • Build clear work instructions and SOPs that drive safe, consistent performance
• Own the Process on the Floor
  • Provide hands-on engineering support to daily ECF operations
  • Troubleshoot materials, tooling, and process parameter challenges
  • Partner with Operations to hit yield, cycle time, and scrap targets
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Drive Innovation in Composite Foam Manufacturing
  • Evaluate new materials, equipment technologies, and process methods
  • Support trials, pilots, and validation activities
  • Balance innovation with cost, manufacturability, and quality
• Lead Continuous Improvement & VAVE
  • Identify and execute Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives
  • Improve labor efficiency, material utilization, and equipment performance
  • Standardize best practices across applicable TSM facilities
• Ensure Automotive-Level Quality & Compliance
  • Support PFMEA, control plans, and process validation activities
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and change management

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials, or related)
• 3-7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
• Experience with foam, composites, plastics, or chemically driven manufacturing processes preferred
• Proven experience industrializing products from design through launch
• Working knowledge of Lean, VAVE, root cause problem solving
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PFMEA, and control plans
• Ability to travel up to 20% for launches and trials
