HOURS:
Full Time/40 hours
JOB DUTIES:
Perform Root Cause Analysis on chronic product problems and implement corrective/preventive actions which result in meeting plant goals.irement Monitor process performance through metrics such as RFT, MME, OEE, cost productivity, customer complaints, Waste Indices and act as required to correct adverse trends, performing plant-based process investigations. Identify, design, coordinate and employ statistical evaluations utilizing the ASQ Body of Knowledge including MSA, DOE, Capability Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
Provide quality and manufacturing support as required to meet specific program needs. Assist in developing and implementing plant-wide Quality Management System (QMS). Assist in specification development and/or changes as requested. Actively deploy ALPS foundations and ALPS Quality Management primary processes, with high priority. Provide expertise for on-site operations group during process related troubleshooting issues, being hands‑on with production operators/quality techs.
For capital projects, executes process studies, contributes to pre‑projects and performs initial project scoping and business case development, handing over to project group for execution (except minor projects,
