• 2 Ambulatory Endoscopy Centers (ASCs) in Guilford County
• 2 hospital locations:
  High Point Medical Center and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center
• Collaborative relationship with 20+ faculty physicians at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC

• The Community GI team is expanding to new medical office locations in Greensboro and Winston-Salem in 2026

  Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Endoscopy
  
  Hours:
  
  7:00 AM–4:00 PM (based on location)

• Hybrid Case Model with GI physician assigned to hospital consults
• Supported by a dedicated inpatient APP
• Outpatient hospital cases and inpatient cases in a dedicated endoscopy department
• Full range of GI Endoscopy, including Upper (EGD) and Lower (Colonoscopy) procedures

• Procedure Days: 15+ patients/day
• Clinic Sessions: 7-10 patients/session

• 1:6 nights/weekends at High Point Medical Center
• Daytime hospital work partially covered by a dedicated GI hospitalist
• Call will be equally distributed as the group expands

• EPIC EMR for streamlined patient management
• Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic
• Physician-led medical group with embedded service line support

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of Internal Medicine residency
• Successful completion of Gastroenterology Fellowship
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current DEA and DPS registration for prescription writing

• Competitive Guaranteed Salary
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 within first 30 days
• CME Reimbursement: up to $3,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year
