- Entry Level to support customer engagement and client campaigns. Thispositionis ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are looking to build experience in customer service, communication, and business operations.

No prior experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

• Provide professional and friendly customer support
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives
• Participate in training and professional development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Interest in customer service, communication, or business development
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work in North Carolina
