• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
• Maintain high CSI scores and provide a completely satisfying customer experience
• Maintains professional appearance
• Keeps work area clean
• Other tasks as assigned

• Some experience is preferred
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• A positive attitude, good customer service, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated and thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
• Good work ethic, computer skills, professional appearance
