WhatYou’ll Do
As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will be pivotal in setting the tone for our client relationships. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Client Onboarding: Manage the intake process by gathering necessary information and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Data Organization: Maintain and update client records with precision and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- This will require travel around the surrounding area to the homes of the potential new clients.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position or a related field.

Will be responsible for maintaining new referrals, completing intakes, and ensuring clients get into services or linking clients to appropriate services. This position will require travel.
