You’ll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will be pivotal in setting the tone for our client relationships. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the intake process by gathering necessary information and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Data Organization: Maintain and update client records with precision and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • This will require travel around the surrounding area to the homes of the potential new clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position or a related field.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Will be responsible for maintaining new referrals, completing intakes, and ensuring clients get into services or linking clients to appropriate services. This position will require travel.
