Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor in the Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, including coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
Qualifications- Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision
- Strong Communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and ensuring compliance
- Experience with Inspection and ensuring adherence to building standards
- Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve on-site challenges
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management preferred
