** Construction Site Administrator
** to join our construction department.

* * Responsibilities:**
* ** Administrative Support:
** Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications among site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* ** Document Management:
** Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
* ** Site Coordination:
** Assist in tracking project progress and reporting updates to management, ensuring all site activities are documented accurately.
* ** Communication:
** Serve as a point of contact for site-related inquiries, facilitating communication between the office and the construction site.
* ** Financial Tracking:
** Help with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing to ensure timely payments and adherence to project budgets.
* ** Safety Compliance:
** Maintain safety documentation and assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols on site.
* ** Inventory Management:
** Monitor and manage inventory levels of office supplies and construction materials, placing orders as needed.
* ** Reporting:
** Prepare regular reports on project status, site activities, and administrative tasks for management review.
** Education Requirements/
Qualifications:
*** High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
* Previous experience in construction or a related administrative role is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Job Requirements/Special
Skills:
*** Ability to perform tasks on a construction site, including occasional lifting and walking on uneven terrain.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with safety protocols in a construction environment is preferred.
* Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels.
