Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our headquarters in High Point, NC. The Staff Accountant will support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. This is an entry to mid-level role designed for a professional with 1–2 years of accounting experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our headquarters in High Point, NC.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable support as needed
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory and other balance sheet accounts
  • Support audit preparation and provide requested documentation
  • Ensure transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounting period
  • Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues
  • Assist in maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience required
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
