Rotating Shift Pattern

Shift Pattern:

Week 1:

* Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00

* Friday: 06:00 – 12:00

Week 2:

* Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00

* Friday: 12:00 – 18:00

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our team in New Mills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering competitive pay and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating production/process machinery safely and efficiently

* Monitoring equipment and ensuring quality standards are met

* Following health & safety procedures at all times

* Completing production paperwork and records accurately

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets

* Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential)

* Good attention to detail

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Ability to work rotating shifts

* Positive team player attitude
