Team Leader - SK22, New Mills
Location:
SK22 Area - New Mills
Pay: £16.78 per hour (Pay increase upon successful completion of training)
Working Hours (Week 1 Pattern)- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing operation in the SK22 area of New Mills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Supervising and motivating a small team
- Ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Reporting to senior management on performance and productivity
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example
- A proactive and hands‑on approach
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Competitive hourly rate plus shift allowance
- Increased pay once fully trained
