Team Leader – SK22, New Mills
Location:
SK22 Area – New Mills
Pay: £16.78 per hour
Pay increase upon successful completion of training
Working Hours (Week 1 Pattern)
* Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
* Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing operation in the SK22 area of New Mills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising and motivating a small team
* Ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achieved
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* Supporting training and development of team members
* Reporting to senior management on performance and productivity

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to lead by example
* A proactive and hands-on approach
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping
