• Lead product development initiatives from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design
• Engage with the production team to future-proof designs
• Contribute ideas that keep the company ahead of its competitors.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering and production teams
• Support testing and validation processes on-site

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering
• Background in the manufacturing industry
• Strong awareness of product portfolios and market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
