Trainee technician

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Technician based in Hidalgo, TX. The Trainee Technician will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems. Daily responsibilities include identifying and diagnosing issues, conducting routine inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting senior technicians. Training and hands-on guidance will be provided to help develop technical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic mechanical and technical understanding to assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and system maintenance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and operational skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Availability to work on-site with a commitment to ensuring safety and efficient operations
• Prior experience in a technical or mechanical setting is beneficial but not required
