Lead the company’s financial strategy as a key business partner to General Management. Drive financial control, budgeting, P&L and compliance to ensure sustainable growth.
JOB SUMMARYLead the financial and strategic operations, directing, executing, evaluating and controlling the administration of human potential, economic, financial, material and service resources required by the company needs, the regulatory compliance. Act as a strategic business partner, actively participating in decision‑making alongside General Management and other key departments.
This position will plan, supervise and control the financial, accounting‑fiscal area activities, as well as the processing of all company operations through its supports, thus generating the necessary financial reports to make the best decision for the benefit of the business. You will act mainly in the following tasks, maintaining the solvency of the company:
- Submitting financial data requested by management, such as monthly, quarterly, annual budget / reforecast / P&L.
- Consolidation, communication and controlling the budget, being partner business with other areas (Commercial (Retail, WH, B2B) Marketing, Ops, HR).
- Defining the fiscal strategy of the company, in conjunction with the tax advisory firm.
- Timely follow up of the company’s monetary needs and control of daily expenses.
- Data validation through reports issued to the parent company KPI´s.
- Analyze and present financial results to General Management and Executive Committee.
- Act as a strategic business partner in commercial, expansion, and profitability decisions.
- Support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability projects.
- Lead and develop a high‑performance financial team.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration or related field, preferably with a master’s degree in business, finance planning.
- Similar position with advanced knowledge in finance, budget (reforecast), P&L, fiscal, internal control, audit, reporting to subsidiaries.
- Experience preferably in luxury retail, beauty cosmetics (plus commercial tangible).
