Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr- Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
- Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
- Monthly Bonuses: $250–$800/month (after 3 months)
- $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus!
(Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving) - Raise eligibility 6 months after training

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
- Drive company trucks (no experience needed – we train!)
✅ What We’re Looking For
Age 21+ with a valid, clean driver’s license- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach the rest!
