• Work with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
• Drive company trucks (no experience needed — we train!)

• Age 21+ with a valid, clean driver’s license
• Reliable availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (non-negotiable)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr
• Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
• Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
• Monthly Bonuses: $250–$800/month (after 3 months)
• $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus (must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving)
• Raise eligibility 6 months after training

• Weekend-only schedule (Friday–Sunday)
