Security Officer - Part-Time Reception Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials as directed, and assist with sign-in and sign-out processes while maintaining a professional presence.;
Monitor access points and lobby activity, support access control practices, and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification and escort authorization when required.;
Answer and route incoming calls, communicate with site contacts and/or responding personnel, and document requests, incidents, and irregular activity in logs and reports.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and supporting established response protocols.
