We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care for pediatric and adult patients with allergies, asthma, and immune conditions. ** Physician Assistant (PA)
** or
** Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
** to support our growing outpatient Allergy & Immunology service line. You’ll work with experienced allergists and a collaborative care team to diagnose and manage allergic and immunologic conditions in both children and adults.

** Responsibilities:
*** Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions
* Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin testing and pulmonary function testing
* Administer allergen immunotherapy and biologic treatments per established protocols
* Educate patients and families about allergy triggers, treatment plans, and disease management
* Collaborate with allergists, referring providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
* Maintain accurate EMR documentation

* Qualifications:

* ** Physician Assistant (PA)
** or
** Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
*** Active
** New York State license**
* ** NCCPA
* * or
** NP certification
*** Experience in
** allergy, immunology, pediatrics, or internal/family medicine
** preferred* Comfortable seeing both
** pediatric and adult
** patients* Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills
