Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hicksville, New York. This role involves managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial processes and a passion for maintaining organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.

- Utilize Quick Books Enterprise to manage and track financial data effectively.

- Prepare monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.

- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Collaborate with management to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

- Handle tax filings and ensure adherence to local and federal requirements.

- Monitor and manage budgets to align with organizational goals.

- Provide support during audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.

- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with established policies. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

- Proficiency in Quick Books Enterprise and other financial software.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Ability to prepare financial reports and analyze data effectively.

- Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance requirements.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
