Cost Control Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and project budgets
- Monitor and prepare cost reports and forecasts
- Analyze labor materials
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support change order pricing and negotiations
- Assist in project closeout and final cost reporting
- Min 5 years of experience in Mechanical Construction cost control
- Cost Control, estimating, and project controls experience
- Experience working on large scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects and strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Salary Range:
From $110k to $130K Annually
