Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist

Compensation: $17-$20 pr/hr

Job Type: Full time

Role description: A Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist will work on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.

• Interact with customers over the phone and written channels
• Respond to queries related to products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures
• Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
