We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! As the receptionist/concierge for our busy LAW FIRM, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, deliver/drop off mail, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Answer phone calls and assist with supply inventory
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
