Drywall & Ceiling Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drywall & Ceiling Estimator at Godsell Construction Corporation, based in Hicksville, NY. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing detailed cost estimates, and coordinating bids for drywall and ceiling projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and project managers to ensure accurate estimates, competitive pricing, and adherence to timelines.

Additional requirements include reviewing specifications

• Strong experience with Framing and Carpentry techniques
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Commercial Construction projects
• Proven ability to interpret and create accurate estimates from construction project plans
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
• Experience in the commercial construction industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Planswift estimating software is a requirement
