This full-time on‑site position as a Plumbing Foreman is based in Hickory, NC. The Plumbing Foreman will oversee day‑to‑day plumbing operations and guide a team in accomplishing project milestones. Responsibilities include managing and supervising plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with other trades, monitoring schedules, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires hands‑on management, problem‑solving, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications- Clean Driving and Criminal Record
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including leading and mentoring teams effectively to meet project timelines and objectives
- In‑depth expertise in Plumbing, with the ability to manage installations and solve technical challenges
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure clear communication and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their implementation in various projects
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering designs, and project specifications effectively
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or mechanical services are highly preferred
