We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plumber to join our team and contribute expertise to complex projects in manufacturing, processing, and large‑scale facilities.

Position Summary

The Industrial Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong technical background, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing and piping systems (including water, steam, compressed air, and waste systems).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on plumbing systems and equipment.
  • Safely use power tools, hand tools, pipe‑threading equipment, and welding/fabrication tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
  • Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an industrial plumbing setting or 5 years general plumbing experience
    .
  • Proven knowledge of industrial piping systems, valves, pumps, and fixtures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to supervise apprentices or less experienced plumbers.
  • Ability to work without supervision and meet production goals.
