We are looking to hire a full‑time Mitigation Technician who exceeds customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after both man‑made and natural disasters. The role requires a strong commitment to emergency response, physical stamina, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Interact with customers during disaster response activities.
• Repair and restore structures, including removal and replacement of damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials.
• Collaborate with direct supervisors to ensure team efficiency and unity.
• Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, following up as necessary to assure excellent customer service.

• Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facilities, assets, and equipment.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Basic technical skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software.
• Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, including after hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.

• Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM Consistent Schedule
